Old , smelly place. Overpriced amenities and breakfast. Broken toilet but nobody did anything about it. Will never stay there again

Hot tub didn't work, elevator is broken.. overall shoddy

Staff checking in was rude. We were early and asked if we could check in early. Clerk replied No! You know it's 1:50. Bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands. Got into room and curtains were torn up and wouldn't close so at night we had a spotlight across the hill shining in. The next morning I went to the lobby to get my wife a coffee. Stepped out of my room and down the hallway was a pit bull that was unattended and started to charge at me. I yelled whoa! The owner comes out of the room to stop the dog which didn’t go well ,I was a nervous wreck! I stood as still as possible. The owner finally got the dog to calm down. I proceeded to the elevator and pushed the button and stepped backwards....into a pile of dog poop! And to make it worse the dog charged again! The owner yelled and the dog stopped, squatted and proceeded to pee! I was nervous again and couldn't wait for the elevator! I finally got to the lobby and talk to the clerk. He was very understanding and asked if I knew the room number which I didn't but told him the floor. I explained the situation and also said I was now concerned of repercussion from the dog owner. Which should never be considered as a guest. There should never be an issue that a guest should be put into a situation like I was in. I have stayed at other places owned by the same company and as of this experience I will never use this business again.
