Tapis dans les chambres fait en sorte que la chambre est trop sec pour 4 gars qui ronflent. Le reste est parfait.

The front desk person was rude and not friendly. She never looked up or said “hello”—all business. Was not expecting that from this brand. The gentleman I happened to catch at the elevator had also checked in and we agreed it was one of the worst check in experience. The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy when it turned on and off. Like an old car trying to start. I ordered the cheesecake from the restaurant and it was stuffed into a box with a handful of blueberries with the stems on and one strawberry uncut, with the stem on. Was not appealing.

Bed had a wet spot. It didn’t smell, so maybe they had cleaned it and didn’t let it dry. No hot water in shower.

When we arrived the power outage surge was going on and we were unable to get checked in right away, which was no problem and the staff was very friendly about the whole situation and the General Manager gave us vouchers for breakfast for the inconvenience. So that was nice, all in all a great place to stay
