They didn’t have a pool, even though it said so on Expedia & fridge & then AC didn’t work.

We stayed here because we were in town to drop off a child at school, and the hotels near her college were either unavailable or too expensive. At first we worried for the distance from campus, but the location is perfect. Not too far, and yet close to a mall that took care of every last minute shopping need. The fact that the hotel itself was clean, staff courteous just added to the experience.

The staff was excellent from check-in on Friday night through check-out on Sunday. Every time we left the building or entered - we were greeted. The woman working the breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked, warm and clean each morning. Great location - convenient to shopping and dining.

I booked two king bed rooms and was given two queen bed rooms when I ask why they said the toilet was broken in one of the king rooms but didn’t mention the other king room? I believe they booked my rooms to someone else. This is the second issue I’ve had with holiday inn I’ll never stay at their hotels anywhere again.
