All other hotels had no availability. Jaunita at the front desk was more than amazing on check in! She made sure all of my accommodations were met. At one point a group of disrespectful kids came in acting a muck and she did her best to keep them from disrupting the other gets stay from a peaceful one! She kept apologizing even though it was not her fault! The breakfast lady kept the food flowing warm and tasting great. Those same kids messed up her whole breakfast area as she kept it clean the whole morning. I felt so bad for her. But she kept moving with a smile on her face! Hands down best stay at any hotel thus far!!!

The place was in the midst of renovations. Half completed. The person who served breakfast was fabulous and pleasant. The pool temperature was frigid and the handles by the steps were wobbly and felt unsafe. A housekeeper cleaning the floor told me about a spill she was cleaning “this sh*t up.” Will stay elsewhere in the future. Fell below typical Holiday Inn Express past experiences at other locations which were always reliably positive.

Other hotels and staff were very rude and not welcoming at all. I was so appreciative that this location was able to accommodate our group of 5 at nearly 3:00AM when I called. We had just driven into the city and it was our first time there. Staff was great, clean room. The only negative was a soaked carpet area around the window and A/C unit. I found out by stepping on it in my socks. It had been raining so I’m sure it’s difficult problem to find unless you find it the way did. Otherwise everything was great!

The hotel was incredibly noisy as it was undergoing construction. We were going to leave but they assured us there would be NO construction on Sunday morning. Construction started promptly at 8:30 am waking up my son. Nearly all food was gone at breakfast. The room was not even ready when they said it would be. Then they told me that they said on their website they were renovating and they couldn’t afford to close. They are uninhabitable and not open about it. I bought the room on Expedia and it was reasonable not to look at the website.

They was under renovation when I got there which is perfectly fine. after a long drive there and ready to relax i turned on the TV and it did not have a signal. i called the front desk and the receptionist said they would tell maintenance. No one ever came to the room. In my 3 day stay My TV never got fixed. Also the Hot water was barely even warm.

The room was great but we had no hot water. Brought it up in the morning since at best we got was lukewarm and was hoping to get some type of discount or something but k don’t see any change to the room charge.

Under construction wasn’t communicated prior to arrival. Dirty and loud. Slid my receipt under my door while I was sleeping which scared me!
