The room was perfect; the staff was kind and accommodating. The only reason for 4 on the overall is the breakfast bar was pretty sparse with main selections not available by 830 on a probably atypically busy day.

We were in town for the Steelers game . The hotel was in the perfect location . Just a 15 minute Uber ride to the stadium . The hotel was quiet , comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

Our room smelled like a septic system. We were told the whole 2nd floor was the same way. We objected to the charges with that type of situation and were offered a $50 dollar discount. The second thing I would like to say is that your complimentary breakfast is literally horrible. i found the biscuits hard, the oatmeal gave me diarheaa All in all, I would not recommend your facility.

This was my first time in Pittsburgh and after my experience i will definitely be coming back. The hotel was amazing. Friendly staff that helped us plan a day trip. rooms were great, breakfast was good and the gym and pool are great additions to the already fantastic hotel. 10 out of 10

Love this hotel. Great stay. I like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers...wish all hotels did this. Breakfast was good...a lot of options. Staff friendly. Hotel was clean. Only recommendation is to put a handle on bathroom door. It was difficult to slide.
