We left in the middle of the night, I tried to speak to the staff and got no response. Spoke to Expedia and received nothing but we will get back to you and still nothing.

The room was almost what we expected it to be. We knew for the price that it was going to have some flaws. Our main complaints were that our door was hard to open and close. We had no control over the air conditioning. The mini fridge was dirty and had stains on it. And there was stains on one of the bathroom towels.

The front desks staff were amazing. Very friendly and efficient. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past several times. It has been steadily declining and desperately needs to be updated. The wing were were in was musty, the AC had mold and there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom with mold growing in the shower.

Nice, comfortable stay. Musty smell probably coming from the carpets. I know they will be renovating soon. Hopefully that will make the difference.

The hotel's staff was friendly and kind. They offered complimentary arround the clock coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Apparently, we needed to request housekeeping. There was one tiny garbage can in the room, so we had no place for our trash. It looks like they are remodeling, so I suspect it will be nice when completeed. The bagged breakfast was a jok, but better than nothing.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is affordable and within 15 mins of downtown Pittsburgh. When we arrived, it was 82° in our room. The employee at the front desk was very kind and tried to fix it, but the whole trip the ac never went below 74. There were crumbs and used cough drops on the floor. The shower had white stuff on the walls. We asked them to clean our room after the first night and when we returned, I was handed a stack of towels and was told “we dont do that after covid”. If you are looking for a safe & cheap place to stay near Pitttaburgh this is fine, but don’t expect cleanliness.

10/10 this property was so clean, staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were so clean. We stayed there overnight as we went to the Buffalo Bills vs Steelers game
