We love the William Penn Omni hotel. It's always decorated so festive for the holiday season. We visit 2 times per year and probably should visit more often!

My husband and I where in town for a football game. The staff made us feel like welcomed guest from the time that we arrived until the time that we checked out. For someone who travels with their own cleaning supplies I found the room to be very clean. The area around the hotel had lots of security. The hotel was within walking distance of the stadium. There were plenty of stores near by. The self parking option was not convenient and the hotel changed $45 per night for valet parking.Really great hotel in a great location.

Lobby was decorated beautifully. Staff was kind and helpful. Valet service was extremely convenient. Upon checking out, it took the valet service less than five minutes to bring our car.

Nice old Hotel. It needs updates in the room. The service was terrible at the bars inside. We went for a Browns/ Steelers game. Nice Christmas ornaments. Will not stay here again. Parking was very difficult to coordinate.

Went to Blitzens for a drink, the girl taking our order was very rude & got snippy w/ my husband… & the lobby was very noisy with a lot of outsiders coming in to take pictures & then leaving… we were enjoying our drink & there were so many people interrupting our conversation to take pictures ….
