This place was awful. Green carpet likely from the 80s. The motel smelled and had dirt on walls and doors. The shower had no hot water and no water pressure. We went and canceled the room and left. Now they are refusing Expedia to approve our refund. They will not even allow cancel of the balance of the days. The front desk person did not know how to process the cancelation. I would not stay here nor recommend it. The third party was unable to refund us because you refused to allow them. They attempted to contact multiple times and the only time they connected you refused to submit a refund well knowing we did not stay. I did attempt to call and was rudely told I called too late in the day. I am now out $387 for a motel I did not stay in.

Staff is very pleasant but our room was not as good. No light bulb in bathroom, vent not working. Overall, the price is good for the stay.

Staff was polite and very accommodating. They did afford me early check in and late check out (90 minutes). Breakfast was nice.
The bed was very high. It was ill fitted on the frame and noisy creaky when you move. The bed coverlette was stained. The bed & linens were clean. The mattress was lumpy. The ceiling had huge patched plaster holes, the sink had several big nasty cigarette burns, the carpet was terribly stained and vacuum not ran well. Towels were clean and plentiful. They provided individual bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There was ice bucket and cups along with a single cup coffee pot and enough for 2 cups coffee or tea.
The lounge and business center are very accommodating as well as the dining area and they do have a coin operated laundry available and well as a small vending area & ice machine. They should advise guest of these amenities.
Parking was convenient and plentiful. They do offer shuttle serve to PIT. They are reasonably priced.

We ended up leaving and not sleeping there. The building is very beat up. The bed and linens looked ancient. The room had a bad mildew smell. The bathroom obviously was not cleaned properly. The floor had visible dirt not even swept up. The toilet barely flushed. I had to prepay this booking and really would like my money back. Instead of staying we drove over three hours and went back home arriving at midnite and could not spend the next day with family as was planned.
