Hotel room was incredibly unclean. Floor was unclean, aircon had hair stuck on it and blew sticky air, desk and side tables were unclean, hairdryer had not been cleaned down and had a thick layer of dust over it. There’s no pride in how this place is managed. I used all my hand sanitizer wipes to clean down my room and put out the Do Not Disturb sign for the few days I stayed there, because I absolutely did not want the cleaning crew to come in if their idea of cleaning to spec is filth.

The worst ever
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was the worse hotel ever. We came for A Steelers game. We chose that hotel because others were sold out because of the game. Everything was bad, close rack broke, shower head broke, ceiling over the bed with A leak, staff was horrible, looked behind the dresser to see if anything fell behind it. It was garbage and dirt behind the dresser. It’s not even worth $20 A night. It was A pint of ice cream left in the freezer. No adjustment dial in the refrigerator or freezer.

From the start, the parking lot had trash and garbage in it. The lobby was unattended, and anyone could enter and go anywhere in the hotel. Our room smelled so bad that I had to go to the front desk and ask for some deodorant spray. It did not help. The bathroom floors were dirty. The rug is stained and tattered and may account for the smell. About half the light bulbs were out. The bed cover had a cigarette burn hole in it. If not for the Steeler's game and many weddings we could have found a better place, but this was the only available hotel. Never again under any circumstances.

Terrible experiencia.

La habitación olía mal, a sucio, la alfombra estaba rota y las paredes manchadas.
Las colchas tenían quemadas de cigarro.
Las toallas estaban sucias, incluso con manchas lápiz labial.
De tres noches solo nos quedamos una, esperando que se nos haga el reembolso correspondiente.
