Curtain was ripped in our room but otherwise the location and facilities were beautiful.

Have stayed here previously, but some business decisions have clearly been made to lower standards and save money. Rooms hadn't been swept or vacuumed for some time. Furniture was in disrepair. Drapes were off track and had tears. Window casement repairs held in place by electrical tape. In short, really bad. Will actively warn people away from this hotel.

Was here for the Steelers game. First time for me and my brother. First positives, we had revierview rooms, beautiful! Easy walk to the stadium, restaurants, coffee shops. The area around seemed pretty safe, and though it reeked of pot, so nice…not…it seemed to not be afflicted as many downtowns with homeless people strewn across our once civilized towns. Beds and bedding were very nice. The only negative was the conditions of the rooms. This hotel, for the $650/night price ($800 Saturday night, $500 Sunday) is in very poor condition. Dated decor, dripping faucets, worn furniture, flaking toilet seat. The hotel condition is 10 years past its useable life. Man up Renaissance. Time to start renovations…otherwise a great stay.
