I liked the keyless entry and notifications on my stay. However the room was pretty dirty. Crumbs all over the floor, stained sheets, crud on the door handles and faucet handles, and hair on the floor and shower were just some of the missed cleaning.

It was the 1st time I stayed at this place. And like it because have everything that I need and the distance was perfect. The only thing I will said if you rent a car be prepared to pay alot for parking. But I learn how to park in front of the building and not paying. For parking😂

Facile il check in, vicino a PPG Arena. Appartamento enorme per 1 persona. Ottima scoperta

Communication was a bit lacking, they picked up after I called 4 times when the code to the front door wasn’t working. I also emailed but got a response pretty late, and by that time someone already let me in the door. Code to the room also took a few tries to work. I entered the same code a couple of times for it to actually open. Property itself was good! Relatively clean with a full kitchen, mainly it’s just the communication that was lacking.
