Great service!

There was a thunder storm that took place and the power was lost for serveral hours. Staff was still so helpful and was able to get me a room and helped me take my luggage to the 3rd. Floor. The no air conditioning was not fun but understandable. Your staff was great in this situation and compted my room for the night. So appreciated and I didn’t even ask. I will be back!!!great service!!!

The TRYP was good. The people who worked there were very nice. My one compliant is that our room had a weird/sour/puke smell.

Disappointed again by conditions of hotel and rooms. Limited interacttions with staff however a nice course on how to provide exceptional customer service is needed.

Room was not cleaned on last night so no fresh towels or coffee for morning! A bit noisy and no place to sit in room since they are a bit small! Location ok! Have stayed here before so I guess we knew what we were getting!

Not Worth the Money

Room was right on the street and heard the traffic all night long. Ear plugs did not help. Room was too small. It's not designed for two people. We could only get out the bed on one side. The other side of the bed was right next to the wall. Floor was sticky, had to throw slippers out after checking out. Shower head is in the ceiling which is not the ideal place for ladies.

Great location and a nice hotel. When we checked in, there was pubic hair and toenails on the bathroom floor. We asked to either be moved, or to have housekeeping revisit the bathroom. The front desk said housekeeping would come back. We left for five hours. When we returned, there was still pubic hair and toenails on the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up ourselves.
