Well maintained, good value for the money. Budget motel.
One problem, near railroad tracks and trains pass through during the evening but not at night.

Perfect Little Motel

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean room and Easy Check-in. Super Smart simple Motel for a place to crash. Quiet & Comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I did hear the train several times, though.

This was a very clean room. Water pressure and hot water were excellent in the shower. Beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was quite large for a hotel refrigerator. The only 2 not great things were there weren't enough outlets by the beds and the key was extremely hard to get into the lock.

Not gonna lie - I booked this hotel because it got high marks for cleanliness, and in that regard, it did not disappoint.
Sure, it's a little older. It's a classic motel, and it looks it. If you need high-end finishes, look elsewhere. And -fair warning - there's an active train track just across the street.
But, this little motel offers big rooms, a spacious bathroom, surprisingly soft bath towels (though the hand towels were a little thin), and a definite attention to keeping everything clean. I even did my morning stretches in the room - under the bed was great, and not a speck on the carpet. Great value for the price.

The property is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and bed sheets. I would definitely recommend it and will be using it for future stays.
