This property is in transition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My problem lies with the condition of the room. First, the window locks are broken and fire sprinkler was taped over leaving the customer to feel unsafe. Second, the bathroom walls and ceiling had vomit on them. Very nasty! Lastly, there was very limited supply on cups, shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion, and coffee makings. I had to ask for another towel and toiletries. Overall, I will not stay here again. PS the sign in the parking lot indicated that area was unsafe by a disclaimer that states park at your own risk. Where else can you park for a overnight stay? This disclaimer cause anxiety for the customer.

None of our windows in our establishment open for the safety of the guest actually.And by no means does that sign mean to cause any anxiety, It just means we are not responsible if something does happen to you property while on our parking lot. In PA as long as your doors are unlocked they will do nothing if someone breaks into your car. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to resolve the problem and prevent future occurrences.

The staff member at the desk when I was checking out did not really care for the guess. We asked for orange juice and she sat and continued to do what she was doing at the desk. We left. Also looking from upstairs around the property was quite junky.

The room was clean.
The front desk receptionist was not readily available at check in and check out.
The outside appearance of the hotel needs to be cleaned up.

wish the bar was open the day we stayed, that was one of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a bar. but over all it was a good stay.
