The food in the bar/ bistro was delicious! The front desk employee was very friendly, which we much appreciated after spending all day with a relative in ICU.

Paid and overpaid
Stay was going well with pay later booking used until I woke up to a charge on my card when the room was already paid for. This then put me in a position that I did not have the access to funds to feed 4 children breakfast. With the transactions still pending I may be over charged and have to dispute for a refund.

When I got to courtyard, they told me that my reservations had been canceled for some reason but when I looked on the Expedia app, they were still showing my rooms booked,. I was there from California because my son was graduating from Pittsburgh University, the woman at the front counter was very helpful and she was able to still get me my two rooms & She honored Expedia prices. All of staff there was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, we were there for a whole week.

Excellent Stay
We stayed here with a large group attending a wedding in town. Everyone had a great time and we patronized the bar and restaurant often. Nice feature to have at the property.
