Check in plus que compliqué
Publié le 10 sept. 2023 sur HotelsMotel bien situé mais check in sans présence physique. On est censé avoir reçu un mail (donc il faut avoir accès 24/24 a sa messagerie) avec les instructions. Sauf que le mail n'a pas été reçu. Donc il faut appeler (a vos frais en international) un centre d'appel qui met longtemps pour régler le problème (redémarrage de l'ordinateur et j'en passe...). Donc assez problématique.
Sur l'appartement rien a dire c'est propre (mêmesi les rebords de fenêtresgagneraienta êtredébarrassésde leurs insectesmorts), vieillot, et fonctionnel
Bien situé pour explorer les berkshires.

We would absolutely stay here again! We tend to make food or have food in when we are away and having such a lovely sweet for an affordable price made this vacation possible. It's well maintained, clean, easy to park and we had no problem with neighbors while there.

Convenient and affordable

This place is a bit out-dated, but comfortable and clean for long-term stays. Water pressure is on the needy side.

Carmen, the property manager was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The room was very cozy and everything worked well. Parking was easy and convenient. The town was very nice.

Cleanliness and comfort ranked very high here. We very much enjoyed the comfortable, large king bed and the cushy living room sofa. The unit was the size of a small apartment with large rooms having lots of windows and light including a large balcony with chairs - views of green leafy trees from some windows and town views from others (such as a parking lot etc. but expected being in downtown). It has a kitchen with all of the standard large and basic small appliances and all were clean and in working order. If you don’t want or need to cook in the kitchen, there are a couple of eateries within close walking distance with others at further walking/driving distances. During our two night mid week stay it was very quiet even though the Inn is off of a very busy local street. This property looks to be well used over many years and is kept to a relatively high standard of cleanliness and comfort. We had never used this type of remote check in/keyless service but it worked very well. At one point, I had to contact the Inn via phone and was able to speak with someone right away. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

If you’re going to the Colonial Theater to see a show this is the Perfect Place to stay. Two small complaint was the description said a sofa bed and there wasn’t one. 2nd needed more than one small bar of soap for 3 people.
