Avis South Gull Villa - Brand New Ocean Front

Our group had an amazing stay at South Gull House! Melanie and Carlos kept the place looking great an Orlando made the best meals!

Beautiful well appointed home on the beach with private pool. Spacious and perfect for our family of 10. Great location, nice beach, great service and the chef was amazing. Very well cared for home. Can't wait to come back!

We had 3 families (11 total guests) in our group and had an incredible time here! The house was clean, beautiful and having our own pool and beach was wonderful! It is on the outskirts of the town so it is essential to have a golf cart or car to get around outside of tours. We rented an additional golf cart while there which worked out perfectly. We really appreciated having the house cleaned and daily laundry by Kelly, and were spoiled with amazing meals by Orlando. This listing come with a few days of chef service included as part of the price- this is a game changer especially if you have a large group!! The concierge service that is associated is also a huge bonus. We are looking at the calendar to return again!
