The property was very spacious, clean and staff was super friendly. I would recommend the cottages to anyone staying in Placencia while traveling in Belize!

Excellent for family especially kids. Food is great and fast service. Ocean is amazing, beach has several games set up for the family to play and enjoy.

Ac only worked when we got there. Did not work all night. Called and never fixed.

Hola Nicole, I regret the experience, and it's a situation we struggled to contain. The country is facing energy shortages, leading to constant fluctuations in power lines. This affects communication between the hotel's emergency plant and the room AC units, sometimes resulting in system shutdowns for protection. We should have informed you about the ongoing issue when you first reported the problem. Your feedback is valuable and will help us identify areas for improvement. Thank you for visiting.

We stayed in the beachfront villa. The accommodation is beautiful. The pool the beach the location is amazing ! BUT… But, the service is beyond slow for everything. Ridiculously slow. I believe we got food poisoning on the last night or a very bad infection. The restaurant food was good, but expensive and again the service was slow. And the hotel was very quiet!!!!! After spending $5k on a weekend getaway I would have hoped for a greater level of service

Relaxing and friendly environment

This is an amazing resort, the infinity pool over looking the beach is incredible. The staff was pleasant and cordial. Each person constantly asking to assist you with an needs to make your stay more enjoyable. Freddie the poilside bartender and the other gentlemen chopping coconuts poolside...awesome.
