Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayA beautiful and well kept property, truly a luxury villa. The rooftop deck defies description and the BBQ was top notch as was everything else about this rental. Edwin was very pleasant and accommodating. It wasn't inconvenient at all taking the ferry across, in fact it added an element of safety and security. The decks and patios added so much to the stay. I wouldn't look any further than this place!!!

This property was exactly as described on the inside! There is nothing they could put into words to describe the are it is in! It’s absolutely spectacular! We had quick and easy boat transport off the island and could walk to a local bar and pool which was just as fantastic! This will definitely become a place we go anytime in Placencia!

Great, comfortable place to stay
Publié le 10 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were at the property for a week, and it was a great pick for our vacation! It's an excellent spot to get to town from to go to eat (10 min walk or 5 min bike ride on the provided bikes). And equally fantastic to just hang around at for a lazy day and cook at, too. The kitchen was well-equipped. Very comfortable with great AC. And the roof deck was excellent for star gazing. The pool was also lovely.
I wish I would have known from the outset that the property is across a lagoon from the Placencia peninsula. But knowing what I know now that would not have deterred me from booking here -- Edwin was always available and happy to take us across on the boat within 2-3 minutes of us requesting a ride. And the boat ride across takes about 30 seconds. One of our excursions even picked us up on their boat from the property.

Awesome stay!!
Publié le 12 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were very pleased with our little spot on Sunset Point! Edwin was always there for our transfer and his smile was contagious. Jack took care of all our tourist needs including the doggone Covid testing requirements. We loved our day on the water with Brent, the zip lining was terrific, and the special meal made by Tiffany and her mom was a real treat.
**Not that it really mattered, but please tell guests about being on an island. It was never a problem with the transportation to/from, but knowing this beforehand is a good thing. Actually, we felt safer because Edwin was our gate keeper! Good thing to advertise, I think.
We found the food delicious and the Belizean people very friendly and helpful. The golf cart was a Godsend! Your beaches are great for walking or just sitting. We will be back!! Thank you for your cute little abode..we loved it!!

Publié le 24 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayHad a wonderful time in Placencia, Jack was a great host was always there to make suggestions and answer questions. Edwin is a kind and friendly groundskeeper. Placencia is a cool little beach town, the people are naturally friendly people, We always felt safe walking the sidewalk to shops and restaurants. Cozy corner was our favorite beach restaurant. 5 to 6 dollar lunches 8 to 10 dollar dinners. Rum fish best restaurant a little more expensive but worth it. Island hopping was an adventure and pricey but worth it. The condo was perfect, quiet, close to town a real no brainer! Condo is modern, with great amenities! David and Pepper (owners) provided us with a complimentary Belizian meal , by Tiffany and her mother Meryl ! Delicious 😋
