Terrible Property Management
This is a nice property; clean, well-laid out with a great pool and good beach access. Unfortunately for two of the three days we stayed there the hot water had been shut off to our room and was never re-opened. Moreover, early on the last day, the local power company cut electricity to much of the local area, so no water, electricity or anything prior to departure. Awesome way to prepare for an airport departure and long trip home (NOT!). Like many of the local hotels and rental accommodations in the area, this property has an electricity generator on site. As near as we could determine (and hear!) every adjacent property in the area started up their generators in order to provide uninterrupted support, service and electricity to paying customers. Not so much for the customer service / property management team at this property. Reaching out multiple times to the unresponsive customer service telephone numbers that accompanied our check-in took a dozen calls over 4 different numbers provided. When we finally did get ahold of an ‘acting’ property manager / customer service rep they, in no way, stepped up to address the issues and declined to assume any responsibility whatsoever. This was our first time to use a Vacasa residence. It will most likely be the last. Very disrespectful of paying customer and terrible customer service on the part of the property’s management team.
