Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Other than the nearby construction, it was quiet and not crowded. The pool area was very nice, and we enjoyed the kayaks.

Herbert and his crew do a excellent job of maintaining the Villas, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I would highly recommend this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum. This third story condo has great views of the beach, ocean and pool area. The lay out is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the ocean view. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view. It was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was close to our favorite restaurant, Maya Beach Hotel Bistro and the Cocoplum area is beautiful and quiet. Next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here. Herbert, one of the owners was very attentive to our needs as well.
