Enjoy the exclusivity of your private vacation rental with the benefits of access to the down the street Placencia resort's amenities. As ad added bonus there you can enjoy free kayaking, an onsite spa, gym, pool and swim up bar, pier, free shuttle pickup to the Placencia airport via Tropic Air or Maya Air, free parking. Stay on the iconic Placencia lagoon and across the way from the beach as well as 1 block from the Placencia resort and all of its amenities when you wish you enjoy them. This villa is in a private gated home community.

PARKING: In the event that a guest intends to rent a car or arrives with their own vehicle, it is mandatory to inform us ahead of time as your vehicle will need to be registered for access to the property. Please note that there is sufficient space available for one vehicle in front of the property.
EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner.
