Beeutiful historic hotel in a small cute town, nice bars and restaurant nearby, with plenty of parking spots. The only issue is the wifi not really working.

I could only get one channel on the tv. The was no heat in climate control.

Vey quaint, old building in the heart of town. Room was snug and comfortable. Problem with TV remote. Could not get heater on. AC worked fine.

The floors are actually leaning to one side and our blinds were missing slats. The one and only thing I liked is the air conditioner worked great.

The location is amazing, and the elevator is the best! The bed and furniture were super uncomfortable, though. I still think it’s the best place to stay in Placerville because of its location and old charm.
