Avois this place. WE CAME HOME WITH BEDBUG BITES HORRIBLE. We let the staff know and they didn't seem concerned. We also reported it to Placer County Health Department. This property is not maintained to any standard. There is dog feces everywhere. Yes, dog owners should pick up after their pets, but they don't and neither does the property. The back parking area has broken car parts littered about, clthes and garbage everywhere. People spend the night in their cars in the back lot and leave garbage everywhere. Don't stay here. There are better places for the price. The rooms are in need of maintenance. They just dont seem to care about the impression it makes. Very poor management.

Less than desirable room for the money.
The front desk service with Vinny was good. But the room was rather outdated. There were no hangers or wooden dowel to hang the hangers on in the closet. And the bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Will never stay there again.
We booked 2 nights. The night we arrived we waited in lobby for several minutes and no one greeted us - had to call the hotel number. Overall smell in hotel was not good. Got to room, found holes in wall, cracks in bathroom sink, mold in shower microwave dirty - obviously had not been cleaned, broken curtain rod, stains on mattress and on wall. Only one thin comforter on bed and no extra blankets in room. Called office to request additional comforter or blankets and they delivered a sheet set only. Smelled cigarette smoke indoors several times. We stayed first night only because it was late and could not find an available hotel nearby. We checked out after one night. We would like refund for 2nd night and our one key points credited back to us. This was a bad experience. Red Lion Inns used to have a good reputation.

Was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had what it needed and shower water was nice and hot. It was perfect for a short stay. I would be fine staying here again if in the area.
