Posted Oct. 6, 2024 on HotelsVery clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to lack of assistance, check in time took over 20 minutes and our room was not ready a full hour after check in time.
The breakfast served in the morning was excellent… good choice of food, including fresh fruit, servers were attentive and courteous. They made sure all dishes were replenished with no time lapse. Very impressed!

Had an issue with my door not locking front desk fixed immediately. Very clean .

At check in, guest ahead of us asked to change rooms due to strong mildew smell coming from the AC unit. We had the same issue. Terrible musty smell.
