Beautiful clean place with two rooftop pools centrally located in Playa del Carmen. Breakfast was a disappointment for us with food allergies - no gluten-free or dairy-free Alternatives, which is surprising for a high quality hotel. Overall we had a nice stay

We were assigned a room facing the condo construction site mere feet from our window and we were offered a courtyard facing room when we informed the staff. Booked it with the top priority being "quiet" and it didn't disappoint. Very new facility and while just one block away from 5th it's in the quieter part of town. With a chain hotel you don't get any of the flair of Mexico but it's convenient, clean, affordable, walkable and - most of all for us - quiet. Great breakfast, too.

El hotel es súper en cuanto a instalaciones y su terraza es lo mejor. Lo peor es el desayuno. Hay opciones limitadas y faltan proteínas. Algunos días no reponían cosas básicas como Yogurt o Cereales. Tampoco había Bacon o Fiambres de calidad. Y lo peor es un mozo que se hace el simpático el primer día y si no le das propinas todos los demás días te ignora , no saluda y desgarra. Very nice new and reasonably priced. Modern style. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping on and near Avenida 5. Full grocery store on the bottom floor below the hotel. Rooftop pool and workout area. Not all inclusive.

I liked that it was super close to La Quinta Avenida, lots of options to eat nearby, also playa mamitas is walking distance. I feel the shower is not very well thought for elderly. There’s no seat in the shower and no handrail for elders to hold on too. I’ve stayed in other hotels where they have seating in the shower and also hand rail and this is very helpful.
