Not nice

Host- Morris called his Canadian guest upstairs “Stupid people” I asked him to stop talking like that - he didn’t stop, and I will. The common room was unusable as we were not allowed to use a/c (México in July) No trash cans on our property (2 condos down had a small one) We were expected to put our used toilet paper and all household trash in a small can next to the toilet. Ran out of toilet paper twice during our 9 day stay. They advertised place to make small meals, but not even a plastic knife for guest ( Safety concerns 😁) Pool so hot it was hard not to call it a hot tub! Will not come back

You are probably confusing with your previous stay.Rubbish Disposal: Each room comes with a rubbish bin and we also have a designated larger rubbish bin in the meals area which is shown to you upon your arrival. We want to ensure that our guests have adequate facilities to manage their waste.Toilet Paper & Cleaning: Our housekeeping staff provides daily housekeeping services, including toilet paper replenishment. We apologize for any shortcomings in this service. If a "No Trespassing" sign has been displayed on your door, it may have prevented us from carrying out our normal cleaning routine.Services and Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. While we aim to provide the services you need, some items may be excluded for security reasons. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.Pool Temperature: During the summer months, it is normal for the pool to be warm. If the pool temperature has been uncomfortable for you, we appreciate your feedback. In the future, if you encounter such a problem, please feel free to inform us and we can explore solutions such as using ice to cool the pool water.We are disappointed that your experience did not live up to your expectations and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve. Excellent communication and attention all the time with the owners, the house, the backyard and the pool were great, breakfast service was amazing, Rosa the lady that served the breakfast and cleaned was very attentive and friendly, we enjoy our stay, the only concerns was the beds only had sheets and that look weird, towels were old and one of the TV’s too, everything else was amazing, the area is private so is good because of security but the guards stopped you and ask you a lot of questions every time you’re going in, they don’t give you nothing to have a fast access

Good room horrible bed

The place is nice good location very clean but the beds are extremely hard. You will definitely wake up with a backache in the morning. A good bed is the most important component of the room and if they cant get this part right they will never be successful

Stinky & stained sheets, terrible bed, overpriced.

* Pros: - Inside an access-controlled area - Good first impression (the apartment and some small details) - They accommodated a late check-in. * Cons: - Owner / hosts unable to accept complains or any criticism - Charged more than agreed-on *and* invoiced - Strong mold smell in the room coming from the also stained bed sheets(!) - Terribly uncomfortable and noisy mattress - Room type might not match your reservation - Noisy AC, but not much of an issue (there were far worst) - There might be a little of a language barrier (native Italian speakers, it seems) - It might be hard to reach the owner for any issues - Check their website *before* reserving to have more information on their services Some things I was told the next morning, but I don't agree with: - The room type was changed to a better one (darn!) because of the late check-in. I just wonder why this was done without telling me when I called to notify of the late check-in, let alone asking if I agreed. - The sheets were coming directly from the laundry. I could believe it if they had been humid and remained in the laundry for days. - The matters was new. If so, it's of an incredibly low quality. In short, a very bad experience. We stayed there to rest in between a trip and it was very disappointing.
