I loved the Casita concept. Each group was like a small village with it's own pool with swim up bar and it's own personal concierge to aid you with reservations to excursions. The property is quite large but they have a great system of large golf cart shuttles running every 10 to 15 minutes to take you anywhere you need. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We will be back.

I will not be going back to this resort. The female chef in the health bar was rude. I found many other members of the hotel staff to be rude and inconsiderate. I received a hamburger from room service that was bitten in to, they tried to serve me an omelet with raw egg at cocotail. I complained to multiple staff members during my trip and nothing happened our toilet broke, we had no hot water for 3 days. The shuttle service was a joke. This place dropped the ball in multiple areas and i felt like i made a mistake by spending my hard earned money with them. Please dont make the same mistake stay far away from this place.

The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to meet your needs and expectations. The property and grounds were well maintained. The food was better than average for an all-inclusive resort. It was a very relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil vacation. I would definitely return again.

Aside from the shops closing due to the hurricane and a few communication issues with not knowing when we could leave our room again after the hurricane had passed it was a good stay.
