Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again.

I loved the respect and attention given to you there by every single employee. I couldn't have picked a more relaxing, quiet, beautiful, eye popping views, place. I will definitely be back.

Todo fue fantastico, excpecion el servicio de transporte dentro de las instalaciones lo cual dificulto un poco trasladarse dentro del complejo, pero todo lo demas fantastico

From arrival and the two days that followed where excellent ..
Booking for excursions was excellent.
Communication using the app was easy and fast service with housekeeping and refilling the fridge.
Second time service at Santa Fe restaurant was disappointing, slow service and cold food.
Service at most restaurants didn’t really accommodate for a big group of seven people .
Cats on the resort was a surprise cute but become annoying as they fight as well and some guests tend to feed them making them come back.
Breakfast buffet was amazing and service was excellent.
Pool was dirty for the rest of our stay tho not so appealing or enjoyable.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, solo necesitan mejorar su servicio en los restaurantes, ya que no tuvimos una buena atención en la mayoría de los que visitamos

we LOVED everything at El Dorado Royale- very clean-the food is amazing, the staff very friendly. The only thing i would say could improve is the rides it does take quite a while to get picked up.
