Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again.

I had never felt that discriminated. The workers ingore you if you speak spanish even you are in Mexico. The tvs dont have internet connection, they said they are not smart tvs.

Gorgeous resort with a huge property and all inclusive access to all 3 resorts on the property. Tons of amazing food options, but it was a bit difficult to contact the concierge services by phone. We didn’t realize there was an app until the last day for booking dinner reservations - Would recommend downloading that asap!

The resort was very nice and extremely clean. The food was horrible, always cold, always misrepresented with what’s on the menus. You’ll stay hungry at this resort because the food portions are tiny and they try to keep you from ordering more.

I loved the respect and attention given to you there by every single employee. I couldn't have picked a more relaxing, quiet, beautiful, eye popping views, place. I will definitely be back.
