Family-Friendly Gated Condo With Pool

Condo Del Sol Naciente is ideal for tropical, open air living, with cool breezes coming through eight sliding glass doors facing the Caribbean. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, living room and 28 foot balcony. This living area is spacious and airy, with glimpses of the Sea beyond the outdoor terrace.

The furnishings are custom hand crafted and carved of mahogany and tropical hardwoods. Casual island style bamboo and teak pieces are mixed in. The balcony is furnished with a teak breakfast table and chairs, lounge chairs and a rope hammock. The living room has a dramatic 8 foot ceiling fan with mahogany banana leaf blades, also a closed entertainment center with satellite TV, stereo, CD and DVD players. The dining room features a large antique crystal chandelier and comfortable leather club chairs perfect for relaxing after meals.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, features brilliantly colored Talavera tile counter tops and walls, and is well equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blenders. There is a large bar, with hanging sea shell lighting made by local artisans right here in Playa Del Carmen.

The condo has three bedrooms, each with private Talavera tiled bathroom. Two baths have walk in showers, and the guest room has a tile tub with shower. The bedroom furniture is also hand crafted with top quality pillow top mattress. Each bedroom has a large tropical fan.

The utility room has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for beverages and snacks. There is a security combination safe to secure your valuables.

Natz Ti Ha is a gated complex, with 24 hour security and a full-time staff of gardeners. The property has a beautifully tiled, large swimming pool, walkways with lush tropical landscaping, running streams and waterfalls. There is off street parking, although you do not need a car to get around Playa. Maid service is available (optional).

A few notes for our guests:
Playa del Carmen is a very popular destination and because we are so close to the public beach, music and beach goers can be heard from the house at times late in the night. If you are a sensitive sleeper, you may appreciate some ear buds. Also, there is some construction going on in almost every corner of the city. Be prepared for the occasional sound of construction during the day near the condo :)
Sometimes the beaches in Mexico experience high volumes of seaweed on the shoreline. This is something that comes and goes everywhere with the tides and can be seasonal. Unfortunately, this is beyond anyone's control. Be prepared for the possibility of seaweed on the beach as no one can predict when it comes and goes :)
