The place is beautiful, the staff is tremendously welcoming and nice, the property has tons of activities to try out if relaxing at the pools and beaches isn’t for you. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. Only thing that wasn’t really great was the lunch and dinner, the food isn’t really good quality it was more on the cheaper American buffet style type rather than authentic Mexican style.

El hotel está excelente, los detalles son los siguientes: Que falta comunicación por parte del personal de todo lo que te ofrece el hotel y el otro detalle, que si pides servicio a la habitación es muy probable que no lo lleven, de las 4 noches que estuve ahí, pedí 3 veces y solo me llevaron el servicio una vez.

Our room was not very clean. Little bugs all around the sinks in the bathroom. Not worth the money we paid. Entertainment was very limited. Resort was a ghost town. Chef's market was the best part of the resort. Room service was very, very small portions. No bottled water at the restaurants. Would not return.

Great experience!! Only 1 problem, the one food preparer in the Chef Market was not wearing glove and was touching the grilled chicken, bread and waffle with his bare hands. Very unsanitary!! No bueno!

The employees at this resort were not friendly or welcoming. Everyone seemed like they hated their job. From check-in to restaurants, bars, and even housekeeping folks. If you ask for anything you are given a look like you are bothering them. The pool was dirty the whole time we were there. One day, they missed cleaning our balcony and we couldn't use it because there was bird poop everywhere. We received cold food at the restaurants multiple times and experienced servers who would not attend to us. We were with a wedding party where others had a similar experience.

Family resort. Food was not great. Beach had wave breakers and could not go far into water at all. Nothing much to do. Swim up rooms are all connected to main pool. It was noisy all day and night with loud mics music and games. . Nothing but weddings done there.
