Spent 5 days here with my family. While the place is very grand they can definitely use some updates. It is a bit dated. The staff was very friendly. I hate to say this but the food was not that great. We did have a really great meal at the steakhouse so make sure you hit that spot up. The only other thing that I wasn’t crazy about was literally everywhere you go someone is trying to upsell you something. It was way too much.

Super clean property and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that wasn't great was the food. The buffet was mediocre most times

The staff at this resort was excellent. It made my stay worth it. The rooms could use major upgrades, all of them. This is an older resort so I would say for an older resort it was ok. I enjoyed most food, but could have more variety. Overall if youre on a budget and you want to travel with people this is an affordable all inclusive. The bus was amazing! We never waited long.

I wouldn't say this is a bad place to stay, especially for the money, however, I have stayed places in the same price ballpart that we liked better. I like bigger properties / resorts but this place was huge. Had to take a golf cart from staff to go to places, so felt like we didn't really get to see everything in our week there. Also the food was pretty bad. Only thing I enjoyed was fruits, salads and the club sandwich I wooofed down from Room Service because I was starving after not enjoying the food. Also after finding our our flight had been cancelled and we needed to stay one more night, the internet said they had rooms available but they said they could not add one night at front desk that it had to be done online. Doing it online required to book 4 night minimum. SMH that was dumb! It cost us an extra $600 to reserve a different airline. All in all, we will not return.

Food from the taco and hamburger stands was great. Food from the restaurant and buffet was not so great. Would have liked more options of clubs to go dancing etc. in the evenings.
