Très bel hôtel au coeur de Playa d'El Carmen, accessible à tout, très belle prestation, 8 restaurants impeccables et diversifiée, personnel gentil et respectueux, manque de francophonie

Great all inclusive. Food and Alcohol is at the lower end since its an all inclusive. I would not comoare it to an All inclusive 5 star resort like an Xcaret Arte /Mexico resort but more like a 3 star food and drink quality. As for hotel and rooms 4 to 4.5 stars. They do say transportation included but the shocker is when you ask of it, they send you to one of their contracted taxi services 250-300 round trip. We took a private car for 50 each way and you can get a 15 passenger van for about 80. Id cone back for sure but not for the food and drinks. Id get wirhiut the all inclusive option at lower rate and eat outside. Plenty if good choice walking within 1-4 blocks

Very clean and beautiful. Staff extremely friendly. Only downside was there were times when not many dining options were available and pool/beach close at 10, none of us were ready to go to bed and there weren’t many options on the resort.

Amazing staff! Bartenders, wait staff, housekeepers…. Beautiful hardworking people. Breathtaking view from main lobby. Amazing 16 de Septiembre Party. We are already looking forward to the next visit!!!

Everything was amazing! The food, the drinks, the entertainment- Roberto and his team were great!!! I will recommend 1000x over. Mexico owes me nothing!!

Meeting people and having fun food was wack it was hot no ac 😒 everything closed early forced to go 5th ave and be charged overpriced for drinks and food
