Personnel agreable. Nourriture ok mais sans plus , petit hotel et peu danimation

Hotel was fine but beware the ‘VIP’ service that they try to push. It is essentially a sales programme for something similar to a timeshare scheme. The representatives were quite dishonest the whole way through and the hotel took no responsibility even though they pass you onto the VIP team. It’s tarnished was otherwise a good stay.

Mis padres se sintieron muy bien. Todo el servicio de excelente calidad sobretodo el trato humano. Cosa que no puedo decir del Hotel Riu en donde nos trataron súper mal. Este hotel es excelente no solo por sus instalaciones sino por la gente que trabaja en él. Repetirían sin lugar a dudas.

The food was very good- we had the Italian and Asian and found both lovely as was the restaurant for lunch over the pool. Loved my massage with Jose and Cinthia was so accommodating in water therapy area. Jose did a healing, good pressure therapeutic massage, a nice surprise for a resort.
The bed was a bit hard but the room was nice.
Everyone on staff that we encountered was very friendly from the breakfast buffet attendant Guadalupe to the bellmen.
We did not like the timeshare sales right after check in- felt uncomfortable and sort of got the vacation off on the wrong foot, but I just let it go and had a really fun time otherwise. I would advise them have an area to provide timeshare discussion instead of funneling everyone to have a “talk” just after checking in coming from long flight and airport bustle.
