Room was not clean and it had a very bad smell in it. Water will not heat most of the time we had to shower with cold water. I paid for a balcony room and instead I was given a room with no balcony. I told the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. Property location is good, it is close to 5th Avenue so that was our only plus. Will not stay again !

Honestly this stay was not at all good, to begin with the air conditioning on the room we were given didn't work, so after multiple attempts to fix it and no luck they had to change us to a different rooms, the rooms make you claustrophobic for the lack of windows and light, the elevator was the smallest and slowest elevator I have ever seen, and they only have 1. it takes you to the smallest parking garage, out to the smell of trash and every time to go out or get in, you have to physically walk to the main entrance to ask for the door to be open. worst experience ever.!

It was an OK hotel for the time we stayed, 8 days. The ridiculously loud music from the rooftop, was very anti-social in my opinion as not everybody was here to party. When we had an issue, it was hard to find someone to assist us at the reception. Breakfast was ok, I understand that they are trying to make extra cash by charging for drinks but in this case, the clients need to be informed about the property in the description so the client can decide accordingly. The description informed us that there was an extra fee for airport pick-up when I tried to book I was told that it is not a service they offer. The rooftop is gorgeous, great swimming pools. Very nice decor in the common areas.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.
