Hôtel horrible j’en suis tombée malade. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles les chambres sont vétustes, mauvaises odeurs dans les draps de lit, toilette sale. Nous avons détesté cette hôtel aucun service même pour avoir de l’eau dans la chambre il fallait remplir une bouteille dans une fontaine à eau filtrante située dans un coin du couloir des chambres mais l’eau avait vraiment un mauvais goût. Très peu de choix au buffet et nourriture pas de bonnes qualités. Nous devons y séjourner 5 nuits mais nous y sommes restés finalement que 2 nuits de cauchemar. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité dans cette hôtel ce que je n’ai jamais ressenti auparavant dans mes autres séjours. Hôtel où on marche beaucoup au soleil pour aller au buffet. la plage ou la piscine très peu d’allée ombragée. C’est honteux rien est fait pour le confort des touristes je ne comprends pas les avis positifs. Beaucoup de bruit le soir dans les allées des chambres c’est n’importe quoi sans compter le bruit des spectacles.

Très vaste complexe composé de plusieurs hôtels. La variété de l'offre gastronomique (buffets et service à table) nous a beaucoup plu. Il y en a pour tout les goûts. Des restaurants à theme qui proposent la nourriture mexicaine, les Steakhouses, des spécialités asiatique ou encore poissons et fruits de mer, cuisine italien
Autour des piscines (eau salée) ainsi qu'à la plage il y a plusieurs bars, des douches et des toilettes. Tout est très propre et bien entretenue.

This place is very nice and kid friendly. Such a massive place with nice pools and bars all over. We enjoyed it a lot!

In general we have been in better hotels. Employees harass you to sell you membership and want tips just for doing their job. There were cockroaches in the hotel, one ran past us in the theater (it seems like it was part of the show, hahaha). The water park was closed and this was not informed when we booked. One night they called my room at about 11 PM saying we were making noise when we were actually asleep and my 2 year old son had been crying because he had a fever. The buffet is not good, the variety of food is limited. The theme restaurants were good. The pool was in poor condition, I injured my knee when I rubbed against one of the walls of the pool. There was noise throughout the hotel as they were repairing some buildings and this was never reported when we made the reservation. The shows are the worst I have seen in a hotel, I think they should invest more in the shows. The carousel was always closed and my son got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. There were little monkeys throughout the hotel that took your food and searched your bags, they must solve this problem. Anyway, the experience was bad and I think they should have given us an upgrade, instead of selling the membership. Beware of Romeo, who is only harassing guests to sell you the membership instead of asking how their stay was.
