I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Time for dining time was limited and after a certain time the transportation is over making you have to walk far distances

The resort was great... So many things to do the food was great and perfect for my 2yr old.

Overall great stay
Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on Hotelsour stay at Del Mar was great, lots of activities for young and older. Beach was nice except for the seaweed. Food was awesome at the buffet but I felt the Italian and Mexican restaurants were mediocre. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable..too hard. The last 2 nights I slept on the couch

Food is just a disaster in every restaurant we’ve tried in the resort, despite the high price in comparison with other all inclusive resorts around the world. Plus, the majority of them without AC, in Cancun heat it’s unacceptable! Transportation to move between areas is slow. This trip was a complete nightmare, all we can say. Never again.
