The food was horrible the service was same like the food. The pool water are jacuzzi hot. Very good beach.

Amazing beachfront with excellent staff and wonderful variety of food and drinks! The buffet restaurants were excellent. We tried all standalone restaurants and we liked the Mediterranean, Italian, and Japanese restaurants. The mini jungle was a pleasant surprise with many different animals wandering the forest. Excellent entertainment crews! Will be back again very soon.

The pools looked like they were never cleaned, the adult pool bar top had a bandaid on the counter in the same spot the whole week we were there, clearly they never clean it. The pools were so warm you couldn’t even cool off from the heat. There were so many bugs in the room from ants to cockroaches. I know it’s in the jungle but it’s just not for me. All of the buffets are open to the outdoors and not air conditioned so it was miserable to try and eat without sweating through your clothes. The alcohol is so watered down it took way too many drinks to even feel a buzz, it wasn’t worth it to even drink. I hated that there were no water bottles at the bars either.

For future occasions, we strongly encourage you to contact a member of our staff in the event of finding any failure in this area so we can rectify the situation promptly and ensure your comfort.It is important to mention that our hotels in Mexico are free of single-use plastic in line with our Wave of Change movement, which focuses on reducing our impact on the environment. However, our guests can fill their water bottles at our Vero water stations. Our Vero Water has a high technology filtration system and it uses reverse osmosis to filter the water, we can assure you that our procedures comply with the highest standards. We really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Túcan. Everyone was very attentive and friendly, the food was very good, entertainment was fresh and interesting every night. We enjoyed our short stay so much that we plan to come back for a longer stay in the Fall!
