Desde mi llamada para confirmar el hospedaje fue terrible, el lugar está sucio y descuidado no me quedé preferí perder el dinero porque no podía cancelar. me dió miedo hospedarme alli

Hello our friend and Expedia as well.We don't understand how we can replay to that review. The guest have said he/she didn't stay with us. So why are you even uploading this type of review, seems kind of strange. Anyhow, if you have been with us , you probably have noticed that we have 2 times a day cleaning of the whole hostel. We are really sorry to see you try to harm our establishment that we are working very hard to maintaine as one of the top places in PDC , actually in few days time we will open our 2nd Maui Hostel , in Tulum, so we don't understand how a place that you feel afried to stay there , is going to open another one? Expedia staff, please be next to your partners in this type of reviews. It's absolot non sense and only can harm us, and your honesty as it seems to suspicious to be real. Have a great life our friend and hope to see you again in one of our Maui Hostels!

Buen lugar para visitar un día o dos pero más días yo no pude soportar ya que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Personas que trabajaron como voluntarios comentaron sufrir de chinches en su cama. No fue mi caso pero creo que pueden mejorar las condiciones de limpieza y privacidad en los cuartos ya que es solo un baño para tantas personas

We would like to say thank your for chosing to stay with us and thank your for your helping comment. we are happy you enjoyd your stay with us and sorry for the imconvince that you had. our cleaning staff is working very hard every day twice a day in every room and we appriciet their service. nevertheless we would improve from your comment. We are doing a monthelly fumigicion for all types of bugs and especelly for bed bugs as its a common bug that thire source is very dirty places and passing from one place to another through bags, suitecases etc... we cannot do more then we done, so when we have a notice that we have bed bugs we have a spiciel protocol for it as we encounter some before and we learn how to treat the immediatly once they discover. yes you are right one bathroom for 17 people its not enough , but thats why you have 2 more in the upper level located one staircase up, in your room and once we are making the chack inn we art noticing you guys about them [ we are sorry you missed them ! We hope to see you again in one of our Maui hostels.

Great Hostel
Publié le 9 mars 2023 sur HotelsI have room 6 Suite. The only solo room in the place which I didn’t know. Nice sized room that pictures online didn’t do justice. Full kitchen which would be nice long stay. Stayed 2 nights would have stayed longer. Great little rooftop and little pool. Right across from the Hilton and on the corner. Great place
