Compared to all other resorts I’ve stayed at staff was not meeting exceptional service I’m used to while being in Mexico . Service and staff was ok. Did not make me and my group felt welcome like we’re use to

The facility and the faculty were very nice but the food is not worth it. We were pretty disappointed with the food.

We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise. This was our honeymoon trip and it was perfect. We got the privilege package which made our stay so much better. Our Butler Hugo, was always extremely helpful and kind. He helped us with dinner reservations and sent messages to us everyday making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Anyone planning on going on a trip here I encourage you to do the privilege package as it makes the vacation so much better!

The property itself was wonderful! The amenities were great and the food was good. My only complaint is with the room. We got the suite with the hot tub on the private roof. The room was old, run down and broken. There was a table with 1 chair. The drawer in the closet was literally falling apart. The paint was peeling and I’m sure I saw mold in the closet. The hot tub was definitely not cleaned before our stay.
One more thing, we got room service one night and then wanted dessert and tried to order again and they said we had to pay for the second order. Even though this was all inclusive.
Overall the good outweighed the bad because the resort itself was great for the price. The room was disappointing.
