Very beautiful, excellent friendly staff, great food, very clean, very quiet, very safe.
Do not fall for the "sales consultation". Total waste of time and rip off. Stay clear no matter what they offer you.
Other than that very bad "sales" experience, the stay was wonderful. Don't feel bad to tell them no!

We enjoyed a lot the Palafitos, it was an amazing experience, the staff so friendly, the food and drinks are great, overall 5 plus stars.

Exceptional!!! Wish we would’ve stayed longer than four days. The staff is very attentive and happy and so willing to accommodate. The best staff we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, the best location, the most restful!!!
