- Vibrant open-air shopping mall nearby Paseo del Carmen
- Walmart and Soriana grocery stores only blocks away

- Nearby Inti beach and Makesh beach clubs
- Guard-gated residential community

Getting Around:
The property includes an on-site parking space, and having a car is recommended for the best convenience during your stay. While you can rent a bike or take a ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride van) to get around, a car will give you more flexibility, especially for exploring the surrounding areas. If you need a taxi you need to walk to Paseo del Carmen shopping center there is taxi rank just outside.

The villa is about 37 miles (59 km) from Cancun International Airport (CUN), located in the Villas Mayamar complex in Playacar Phase 2.

If you are planning a day trip to Cozumel, the Cozumel Ferry Terminal is just a short walk away.

Important Information for Guests:

Wristbands: All guests in Playacar must wear a wristband during their stay. The cost is $10 MXN per wristband, which can be picked up at the Playacar Phase II Condominium Reception upon arrival. Payment is accepted via debit or credit card only.
Included Amenities: Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV, bed linens, and towels are provided free of charge during your stay.
Electricity: Electricity in Playa del Carmen is expensive, so please help conserve it. Set the AC to around 25°C and turn it off when you leave. At night, use the bedroom AC only with the door closed. For long-term stays (28 days or more), electricity is not included. After your stay, we’ll verify usage and charge $6 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
Cleaning: The unit is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. There is no daily housekeeping, but you can request mid-stay cleaning for $30 USD. This doesn’t include changing sheets and towels—additional fees apply for that.
Pool and Common Area Rules: The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm. No food, ice cream, or glass containers are allowed in the pool (disposable cups are fine). Please don’t hang towels or clothes from the balconies. Use the laundry room or other indoor spaces for drying.
Valuables: Use the safe provided for your valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.
Home Essentials: Items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash bags are included but not replenished. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
Rental Agreement: You will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used to book. It will be charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out if all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. A $300 penalty applies if this rule is broken.
- No Parties/Events: No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed. Loud music is not permitted after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Party Penalty: There is a $10,000 MXN penalty if a party, event, or large gathering is hosted.
- Guest Limits: Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed. No tents or other structures may be set up on the property.
- Damage Charges: You are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning charges caused during your stay.
- ID Requirement: A government-issued ID may be requested during check-in or while you’re staying.
- Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
- Playacar Administration enforces the following traffic fines:
1. Leaving cars on roads without information: $1,000
2. Wrong-way driving: $10,000
3. Speeding: $1,500
4. Animal abuse/wildlife damage: $5,000
5. Minors under 16 driving: $5,000
6. Not wearing helmets: $1,000
7. Driving on sidewalks: $1,000

Family-friendly and excellent location

The house was in a great location, within walking distance of various stores, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was easy and the pool was great! Little hot water for showers and some hard mattresses, but overall it worked very well for our 5-person family.

New year’s reunion

Let me start by saying that the house manager is superior! In all other rentals, we have never had such prompt response to questions or problems. Well done! This is an older condo that is in need of some repair. In spite of that, the house is comfortable and worked well for our group of 6 adults. The pool is beautiful and clean. We all enjoyed our afternoon swims. The beach is farther away than expected (but we did not ask the question), however the house location is good for dining and shopping. All in all, we had a great time!

The location of place was spectacular it was close to everything. It was also very clean and the amenities were just what we were looking for. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it to families. The kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect location, lots of space, very clean

This was the perfect place to be! Lots of room for our family of 4, very helpful host, spotlessly clean. We were able to walk almost everywhere from here so the parking space for the rental car was awesome to have. I highly recommend this house.
