J'ai trop aimé l'ambiance ,l'hôtel est très récent J'ai aimé la variété de la bouffe et beaucoup d'autres choses...

Todo me pareció excelente, limpieza, habitación, alberca, comidas, servicio, solo creo que deberían extender un poco el gimnasio, pero realmente de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado.

Overall we had a good stay. For the amount we paid I expected excellent. I’ve paid much less at other resorts and received much better service and amenities. To begin with, we ate tacos 3 nights in a row because anytime we went to the restaurants for dinner there was 30 tables ahead of us at 8pm! I can’t believe they don’t have reservations or can’t sustain more people in the restaurants. We were stuck to eat tacos that they made every night and they weren’t good. Room service took 90 minutes most days. Our last night we did the Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you at 9pm. We were full from eating before that we didn’t even enjoy the food, the show wasn’t something that WOWED us either. Hibachi or Benihana has done better. It was actually boring and extremely hot to sit in front of. Our last full day we ended up spending it on the other side of the resorts where the people are basically harassing you to get a massage, the third day we caved in and went and I regret it so much. The walk was so long and it was a waste of my day. I’m kind of upset the hotel lets them solicit the clientele when most of us just wanted to relax and enjoy the beach. They did not stop asking throughout our time out there. I definitely expected something else, I’ve stayed at other secrets resorts and I was amazed by the food and the nightly entertainment. That was not the case here. I will not be coming back to this resort.

No regreso, el mar no es para meterse, lleno de sargaxo, pero en general son condiciones para nadar. Hay muchas albercas y diferentes, pero los camareros llenos de toallas desde 9am, no hay sombras. Filas en los restaurantes, en la noche no hay buffet, es a la carta si o si, todos los restaurantes con filas, una de 26 mesas antes! Pero lo peor es un all inclusive que no lo es! Te quieren vender botellas de vino, diferentes cenas aún dentro de los restaurantes que en teoría vienen incluidos, es toda una vendimia de mal gusto para pagar lo que pagamos por el resort, aún comprando extra el PREFERRED no hubo diferencia alguna…no se si porque hyatt compró la cadena o qué pero secrets NO ERA ASÍ

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon. This has been the best experience at a resort for both of us. The rooms are amazing, very modern and clean. The food is outstanding at every restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. They don’t do reservations at this resort besides for one of the restaurants. I recommend to go to dinner earlier rather than later to avoid waiting time, which can be up to 2 hours, depending on how busy it is. The service from the employees was AMAZING! They do a great job to accommodate all of your needs. This resort has a great option of pools to choose from. Each pool gives a different experience. If you want something private, you have those options, as well as if you want something more hype. I recommend upgrading to the preferred club, because with this you have access to the rooftop infinity pool and restaurant. You also get a complimentary hydrotherapy spa session which was amazing and one of our best experiences at the resort. With preferred club, you get a lot more benefits, and trust me it’s worth it. The resorts entertainment team does a great job to keep you entertained from morning to evening, if you would like. The only negative thing that I can say about this resort would be that the beach isn’t as clean as some of the other resorts, but the pools make up for it big time. Overall, this resort is a 10/10 and I am coming back here for sure, I would recommend it to everyone!
