This place is a dream. Thanks for making my birthday one to remember. I love that you guys say welcome home. This place is stunning and so luxurious. Decor is impeccable. Staff was so kind. I come to Mexico 3xs a year but none of the resorts were anything remotely close to the luxuriousness of Moxche. It’s pricey but worth it. Only thing I didn’t like was the beach, it’s ugly. Wish the developers had chosen a different location. I’m a beach person and never sacrifice beach but the resort is so stunning that I was ok with not loving the beach. Thanks Moxche

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this resort. Our room, all of the pools, and most dining options were amazing. The one downfall of this resort were the steak options. We ordered one at the Ember restaurant and it was thoroughly overcooked. Then, we set up a romantic dinner on the beach. My husband’s first steak was again overcooked and the second one they brought out was completely raw. It definitely ruined the experience but they were great about trying to resolve the issue and offered us a discount. Overall, we would definitely be back and stay again. If you’re considering it, I would definitely say to do the preferred club. The rooftop is amazing.

Positives: Food was great, variety of choices & restaurants. Our concierge Orlando was THE best, very resourceful, helpful, and sweet throughout our stay. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Facilities are new and stylish, entertainment team was so funny & everyday there were different fun activities to participate in. Pools are clean & lovely. We loved our stay & enjoyed everything! Views are very beautiful as well.
Negative: our flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Milton and we were not able to get there on the first day of our reservation. We contacted Expedia and they talked to the resort management to get a refund for us for the first day as it’s not our fault that we were not able to make it. Unfortunately they took 2 days to respond & rejected our request. We lost one day of stay & had no refund or any remedy to make up for it
