Chambre avec une minuscule fenêtre qui ne ce fermais pas , et qui donnais sur un corridor de 4 mur avec une grosse lumière

Thank you for your feedback. We will be happy to host you again , we suggest you to book our suites with balcony. They are spacious and bright since they have wide windows and glass sliding doors . Also equipped with full kitchen and dining/ living room

Belle piscine, belle cuisine, bien situé mais très bruyants le soir et la nuit. Sofa très sale, douche et toilette disfonctionnelles, lit double inconfortable, tous les parasols brisés sur le toit. Non conforme à l'annonce !

L’emplacement merveilleux mais le bruit c’est un problème assez grave

Arrived 20 mins. Early, female cleck wouldn’t check us in until 3p because we booked with Expedia but allowed other from booking and book it to check-in, stated she had to wait for Expedia to send our info, when her shift was over at 3p a new clerk took over, I approached him to Check -in and the envelope was right there just had to be handed to me, clearly the girl clerk was just being lazy. Safe was on locked mode, asked for it to be open so we can use it, male clerk called the property manager several times never answered his calls and never showed up. We asked for a room upgrade and pay for it, male clerk again had to call the manager who never answered, didn’t get a room upgrade and no answer on the request. You own drinks not allowed around the pool area since they have a cash bar, very inconvenient. Had to buy our own sanitary paper because clerk did not have access to supplies once cleaning crew has left. Good WiFi, good location. Good AC. I would not return.

Excelente lugar, nada los bordes de las paredes ya estaban rotas necesita reparación y mantenimiento pueden ocasionar algún accidente y por las noches falla el aire acondicionado lo cual causó calor y no se pudo dormir a gusto pero todo excelente si regresamos.

I wish we had booked the Meliora but we decided to try something new. Our problems were all centered around not having a working lock on our door upon arrival. The digital keypad was broken so we were given a key. We figured they had multiple copies of the keys but they did not. So for two days our room could not be cleaned. My husband went out and had to buy us toilet paper. Then they thought they fixed the digital keypad but later that night it stopped working again. So we couldn’t leave the room until it was fixed because we’d risk going out with an unlocked room. The third day they finally fixed the lock and keypad for good but it was frustrating for the first two days. They gave us a new shower head that my husband installed himself since there was no water pressure and again they couldn’t get into our room our first couple days. The staff and administrator were very nice and tried to fix things and make it better. But it was a poorly maintained room and either should have been dealt with before we got there, or given us a different room. I hope you don’t get room 110 suite because your lock may stop working and the shower still kinda sucks. We ended up having to pay $108 extra dollars too because we changed our stay from July 5-10 to July 10-15 because the hurricane, so it would have been nice to have a better hotel stay. Luckily my husband and I still had a nice vacation despite all the punches singular joy threw at us.

Do not count with parking, need to hunt change to put coins in to the parking meter. Besides this issue everything excelente.
