Nice hotel

The bathroom was a bit dirty though with hair. There was strange smells coming out of the bathroom it was really unpleasant but that's the only thing I can say. Maybe the cleaning lady didn't have time to finish as we arrived early.
Also the beach was not nice not like the pictures you can see on the internet and there was sea weed. All the beaches were like that maybe we just went the wrong time of the year.
Love the hotel but won't go back there beaches are not pretty.

The hotel is very pretty and the location is pretty nice but I think the pent house should be cleaner. Bathrooms were very dirty, towels were all stained, floors were very dirty. There was a jacuzzi but it looked like it has not been cleaned in months. I would stay again but I really hope they take better care in cleaning because it’s a beautiful apartment. Oh and there was no hot water during our stay and I did let Miguel know about it.

The air conditioning in our unit did not work properly. One of the bedrooms was warm the entire stay, it was very uncomfortable and was never fixed. I did not receive an ocean view room as I requested and paid for either.
