The landscaping of this property is really what stands out. Things aren't right on top of each other, you have to walk a from area to area through perfectly maintained grounds. We loved how spread out everything is--you really feel like you're in an isolated city. Our favorite touches included the coffee shop, late night live band, and churro cart! Other top experiences included the Don Miguel for craft martinis and pool-side entertainment team! The staff never stop moving, constantly cleaning and making sure everything is perfect. One thing we wish we would have had was a dryer/warmer in the room. Because of the humidity, nothing really dries so bathing suits and wet clothes have to come back in your luggage wet.

I stayed at this hotel third time, everything is excellent, I like it so much, this time beach was rocky in the water, but it is because they have hurricane two months ago, I hope they will solve this problem pretty soon, right now, I think they can’t do because of turtles Coming to the shore at night time Isidro was amazing at the restaurant on the beach he remembered what we usually ordering to drink, and he was bringing us even before we ask him. We are really like this service Abner on the beach, give us excellent service with preparing bad right in the morning When we come on the beach, bed was ready I am planning to return there again

Lack of transportation around the property unless you call ahead. Many of the staff will drive past you without asking if you would like a ride. Its a very large property so that would have been helpful. Overall we had a great experience!

Amazing property, very well kept, beautiful grounds! The pools were huge, pool side bar service was fast and efficient. Several dining options, with gourmet food, great coffee shop and fast and tasty room service. Entertainment was the best we’ve ever seen in any resorts in Cancun. The resort was very peaceful and quiet. But the thing that makes this resort really special is the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, genuinely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Pros: This is a good vacation spot if you just want to sit around in the pool, eat and drink. It is very beautiful to walk around the grounds, during the day and at night, that are well kept, and resort staff is very upbeat and pleasant. Cons: Checking in took a lot longer than expected as there were only 2 guests checking in at that time. Got to the room and had a broken umbrella and it was raining, we called the office as our concierge was never in their office, waited 30 minutes for a new 1 that never arrived and took the shuttle to get our own from the office. The sports equipment needs an upgrade, took the bike tour and 1 bike was broken and unusable, 1 bike broke while on the tour, and the rest were in a state of needing to be upgraded. The beach is good for looking at but there are so many big rocks that you cannot go in the water in front of the resort except for 1 little area, and the beach closes at night. Will not be going back

The breathtaking scenery of this property never fail to impress me. The dedicated staff's willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is remarkable. However, what truely cativates me is the simple and tranquil design of Capilla San Valentin, compelling me to visit it repeatedly.
