Such a beautiful resort that is kept extremely clean. The staff are amazing in every aspect of this resort. So many options to explore within the resort which was the pwrfect size for walkability.

Great resort, stayed 7 days in an oceanfront junior suite. Would absolutely do it again. We have stayed with Wyndham Alltra in Cancun and PDC and it is a fantastic stay always.

Loved the resort, had a great time and definitely would stay again. As others have mentioned, the beach has eroded, but there are great beaches nearby. The ferry to Cozumel is only a 20 minute walk and there were plenty of activities each day from dance parties to silent discos to volleyball. The only thing that let us down was the sushi restaurant, the don’t actually carry most of the food on the menu, when you order spicy tuna, eel, salmon, they are often out of it and only carry shrimp. The wait times were extremely long compared to the other restaurants. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Unaware of the additional $10 charge for room service. Food was terrible, left out all day. Same food from morning to night. Pools were freezing and nowhere to sit. Barely any beach. Tiny gym, overcrowded.

Christmas in Mexico
Showed up around 9:58pm. All restaurants in hotel closed at 10:00. All bars closed at 11:00pm. Ordered room service and was not pleased by nachos or pepperoni pizza...not sure how its possible to mess those up. Elevator was broken...lugged luggage up stairs. Place was probably great for younger, party people who dont want to spend a ton.

Let me first say that the staff at this establishment was wonderful. Everyone accommodating and friendly! The problem we experienced were the hall and outside our room were extremely noisy. The doors slam the toilets were very loud and our room was on the street and people going by all night. The Hilton was just across the street and they had some type of loud music and yelling that went on one night until 1 am. The other issue was food. Most restaurants did not open until the evening and the breakfast lunch place closed right after lunch. So no place to grab a snack or eat a late lunch on the property. Could have ordered room service but that cost and who wants to leave the pool to do that. We had a great time but would not stay there again.

The property was clean. There was an unfortunate constant rotten egg smell outside and the beach access wasn’t the best for hanging out and swimming. It was small. But overall the staff were great and the property generally clean.

i didn't like the fact that the elevator wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage three flights, if the elevator didn't work they should have had someone to carry our luggage down

The property is very old and very outdated the pictures in website are not how the hotel looks . Very short in staff we had to wait for almost everything . I was not able to get in the pool because they ran out of towels.
