Villa Fugata: This truly spectacular one-of-a-kind home is a brand new awe-inspiring 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom luxury home that sits directly oceanfront on a cliff perched 100 feet above the pacific Ocean. Each bedroom features its own full bathroom, high end beds/linens, and spectacular décor and finishes. The property features A/C throughout and boasts a few different private decks on both levels including a private 2nd level deck that sits perched above the ocean. The beautiful infinity edge pool will leave you refreshed and relax as you take in the truly breathtaking 180 degree views above the waves, beaches, coves and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Flamingo!

The kitchen has been designed for the discerning food lover, with Professional stainless equipment, refrigerator, wine cooler, oven, dishwasher and gas cooktop stove. There is also a washer and dryer, phone, WiFi and cable TV. All of this is intermingled with the spacious living area with ample seating and is a space that seamlessly blends from indoors to outdoors with an open air concept. Relax on the sunset terrace, enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge or just take a seat and overlook the infinity pool as the picture perfect sunset spectacle happens daily. Nature abounds around Villa Fugata including monkeys, birds, iguanas, butterflies, and even whales in season!

Dans notre liste des plus belles locations vacances. Magnifique emplacement, villa soigneusement aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, vue époustouflante dans toutes les pièces. Un secret qu’on aimerait garder pour soi ;) La famille veut déjà revenir!

The house and pool at Villa Futaga are absolutely beautiful. Well maintained with incredible ocean, island and sunset views. This is a private and secure oasis for your Coastal Rican adventures.However, he highlight of our visit was the service. Perfect location and a great villa for 2 couples!
This property has an amazing view, wonderful layout, comfortable beds, a great host, friendly staff, killer location, and is at a higher level then anybother VRBO I have ever stayed at! Benjamin was there every morning, cleaning the pool and pool deck, and the house keeper was there daily to make sure everything was tidy as well. Bilitis was also a wonderful host!

Fabulous in Flamingo
What a fantastic place to stay in Costa Rica. So close to so many activities and beaches but such a quiet and serene location!! The views were magical and the pool and lounges were fabulous if you don’t want to pack up and go to a beach. The house was so clean and the whole house and pool areas were cleaned everyday. New bath towels and beach towels were restocked everyday and our laundry was done and waiting for us every night. I can’t think of anything that would have made our trip better. I am already planing another trip back. Costa Rica was Lovely and staying here is a must.

Fabulous house
We love this property. It looked every bit as wonderful as the pictures. This place did not disappoint in anyway. We enjoyed the area and had no trouble getting around. We did rent a car. We had a very active vacation, but we enjoyed hanging out at the house. We loved the outdoor area and the second floor porch. We got massages two different times. We loved coming home every day and jumping in the pool. We enjoyed cooking and using the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need This was a dream vacation and we can’t say enough about how wonderful the house is.

How cool this place is!! We loved every minute of our stay. From the design of the home, how it’s sited on the mountain right above the beach below with stunning views out over the ocean. Spectacular home and views
My husband, daughter and I just returned from our vacation in Costa Rica and this home did not disappoint. It is a very special place. The views are utterly spectacular. My favorite thing to do was sit in the swing chair on the balcony relaxing with a book while taking in the ocean views. The house is very well maintained and stocked. Bilitis and her team are incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for something truly special.

The Best
It’d be difficult to overstate what a magnificent property Villa Fugata is. Absolutely stunning views from every room in the house. The location is fantastic - a fun golf cart ride away from the shops/restaurant at the base of the hill and in Flamingo Marina, as well as Playa Flamingo. My family loved every day we were here, did all the activities and having this house to come “home” to was just the best. We will be back!!

We had a beautiful stay at Villa Fugata. From the daily staff support, arranged golf cart to drive to restaurants, grocery, and beach, the amazing infinity pool, and expansive deck overlooking the ocean, everything about our visit was perfect. I feel like I stepped onto a page of House Beautiful magazine. Amazing house that is thoughtfully designed. Great decor, very clean and well stocked plus great air conditioning. I appreciated the daily cleaning inside the house and outside patio / pool area. WiFi worked great. My friends stayed here earlier this year and recommended it, and the house exceeded all our expectations. Sunsets by the pool were divine. We received heavy rain during our stay but didn’t mind it as we were able to enjoy the house. Clear and timely communication with the host and the staff were great. Location is quiet and secure. Can’t wait to book it again!

You won’t find a more attentive and available host on VRBO. Belitis and the entire staff (yes this property is fully staffed with property cleaning inside and out) are fantastic. Wonderful family vacation at this spectacular property
What got our attention initially was the pictures of the gorgeous house with the infinity pool and the ocean views, but what really finalized our plan was the hospitality shown by the property manager Bilitis. She was warm and responsive (even when she was away on another continent). Her onsite staff were sweet and attentive even though we could only communicate through Google translate. We hope we can return to Villa Fugata, or the bigger property next door (served by the same team) with our extended family.

Above and Beyond
Wow! Just wow! My daughter cried when she entered this incredible home. The views literally took my breath away. For those that enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well stocked. I could hardly bare the excitement of waking up in Villa Fugata. Bilitis is a top notch, A+ host. She had every detail of our trip meticulously scheduled….fishing, early in the morning with the driver picking up right on time, yoga with Wendy on the deck overlooking the ocean and horseback riding on the beach. This trip was truly exhilarating. We lounged by the pool, read books had some great lunches and dinners, watched the magnificent sunsets, took dips in the pool at night and slept very well. Benjamin, the pool guy, was so friendly and went out of his way to show us around the property. The daily cleaning crew would slip in and out everyday to make beds and tidy up the house. We never even saw them. The whole stay was outstanding. This was hospitality at it’s finest. We would not change one thing. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us and making our trip seamless. One piece of advice I might add is to leave the inside stairwell lights on at night. The steps leading to the 2nd floor can be a bit tricky to navigate. Hope to be back very soon! Pura Vida!

Beautiful unit with the best view
We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous rental. It’s as beautiful as in the photos with the most amazing views. We will definitely be back. It’s set at the top of the hill so while you can walk down to a few restaurants- you’ll need a car or a golf cart at least.
