Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was mostly clean but trash had not been emptied, prior to our arrival. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable. The site was not super clean (elevator had lots of food crumbs and general dirt on the floor). The 'breakfast' consisted of coffee with no cream or milk available, oatmeal packets, hot cocoa packets, and just one flavor of small muffin. There were no coffee makers in the rooms either.

Kinda sloppy but not too bad

The hotel needs serious upgrades. It was clean, but out of date. The hotel can improve its looks with fresh paint, better paint combinations, new carpeting, etc.
Those in the room next to us were very noisy, even past midnight.
The hotel staff were very nice & polite.

Big spacious room but the carpet is old and has a smell. Staff is friendly though and breakfast on the go is adequate. The hotel has good soundproofing .
