Terrible xperience, i should have read oth advises
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTerrible experience with this hotel booked via Hotels.com. We arrived at 10:20 PM and waited 15 minutes for someone to assist us. A man finally arrived and went to fetch two women who seemed to have never done a check-in before. They eventually told me that the room I paid for had been given to someone else but that they would upgrade me. 20 minutes later, another woman (more pleasant) arrived, started over from scratch, and reached the same conclusion but did not mention the upgrade. After making us wait for so long, we ended up going to a room, but it was not the one we had booked. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Instead, it was just a regular room with a sofa bed.
We went back down, it was 11:30 PM, and no solution was offered to us, and even a refund seemed impossible to them.
After involving Hotels.com, the cancellation was finally processed correctly, it was past midnight, and we had to find another room…
I forgot to mention: no manager could be called, the tone was aggressive, and they told Hotels.com that there would be penalties… in short, an experience far from what you would expect from this hotel!

Clean! Clean! Clean! This place is by far the best in the area that I have stayed at! Staff was awesome, super friendly! I’ll never stay anywhere else in the Pleasanton, Tx area!

Definitely, need a remodel
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HotelsWe had to change rooms three times upon check in. Between doors having deadbolts that stuck, air-conditioning leaking & carpet soaked, moldy & smoke smelling rooms. Although, the desk clerk was kind and apologized, trying to find different rooms.
